a. If the Invoice number is 9 digits, the account
number is 10 digits and begins with 100.

b. If the Invoice number is 7-digits or less, the
account number must be entered in the following
format: 01xxxxxxx0000. Account and Invoices
must be entered as a minimum of 7 characters,
i.e., 0123456 not 123456.

c. Alpha characters must be entered as CAPITAL
letters

Your Invoice or Quotation ID can be located on the
top right-hand side of the relevant documentation,
it is typically 6-12 digits long.The ID will either
be a numerical number between 6-10 digits
OR a 10-12 character alphanumeric ID.
For invoice numbers that are 6 digits,
enter a leading zero.
